I am wondering what distance you are running and what your sled is turning for peak rpms at the end of your run. Also do you have any clutch parts laying around that you can work with.

I have nothing to work with, and I really don't want to just be a drag sled, I ride agressive on the trail mostly. Draging last weekend probly 1/4 mile at a time.
by the by I saw your questions about iso vibes on am snow, I just put on simmons flex skis and can't say enough good things about them, it was the single thing that removed handle bar vibration from my sled, I also have the iso-vibe but didn't really make a major difference.

I would go with a 57/50 helix and an arctic cat lime green spring. not much cost and a noticeable improvement.

If you use that green spring watch your clutch temps. What are you looking to change with your current clutch setup. Engagement, up shift, backshift. Do you want more pull. There are a number of options that you have. I have a few setups that i have tried but nothing that i have left in the sled. I have not been able to get any good races either. It would still help to know what your running for peak rpms at the end of your run. Let me know and I will try to help the best I can.

IRON WILL, good questions I don't have answers for, sled is up north, will be up for four days this weekend will see what kind of rpms I am pulling. I would assume that it would be very simular to what your sled is pulling. I also as my handle implies do some boondocking so I don't really don't want to have to high of rpm ingagement. I have never played with the clutching but from what I hear you can pull more out of the sled this way, Not really ready to start to do engine mods, how did the bullseyes work for you?

The bulls eyes seem to work but you won't really notice a big difference.
