This is my first time ever going farther than the black hills west on a snowmobiling trip. And i just got my summit 600 this year. It's a 2002. So i'm wondering if any of you could tell me what to do to set my sled up for riding out there, any help would be tremendously appreciated since i've never had a sled like this b4. I'll be at about 10,000 feet at base minimum. THanks again

Come on guys, some of you have to know what i have to do to my clutch to go out there. That's all i need to know about it. I've got my suspension set up as stiff as i can get it too.

What is the altitude that your sled is set up for right now? That will give everyone an idea of where you are starting from. You may in fact not have to change anything, as summits are setup for mountain riding form the factory. http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif

I changed the calibration screws to 5 b/c the altitude i'll be riding at is 8 to 10k. I don't know if i have to change weights and if i do, how do i do that?
