Just looking for some input on this. I ordered this for my 03 REV 800 sport any install info that I should look out for.Has any one used this before. I had DPM on a previous sled but wanted to get away from the computer aspect this sounds like a much simpler design. The temp around hear vary any where from -5 F to 45 F degrees elevation I have ridden up to 3500 feet. Any input good or bad would be much appreciated.

Very Easy, very straightforward install. Follow the destuctions and you'll be fine. MAKE TWEAKS LATER. It makes trouble shooting easy. Are you stock or have you made changes?

I live in windham and set up for -20 and sea level. I had been adjusted for Rangeley (I have a piped Ultra and they can be sensitive to change) I had a mean lean stumble off idle, but once I remembered that I had my needles leaned out I was able to adjust. Still stumbling, but not nearly as bad, and I know what to do (Pilot first, then another needle raise if necessary).

I give you that example to highlight what it won't do, vary the mechanical adjustments on your carbs. It only varies the fuel delivery. If you're lean on the pilot, on the air screw, on the needles and mains, etc. before install, you'll be lean after. That's why they have you pre-set so fat.
