Make sure the FILE EXTENSION of the image you are uploading is either .gif *.jpg *.bmp *or .png

If you try to upload anything other than those file extensions, the software will think it is some other application and simply put a link to it in the post.

Any of the above files will automatically be inserted and opened in the post.
