there is oil sitting under moter and behind the air box all lines and pump are dry it looks like it is coming from under the air box has anybody heard or had one crack on them

Is it possibly your airbox drain holes letting out your spit back, if you have a lot of it check your reed valves and does your engine backfire at all, even when you shut it down?
