Can anyone give me any tips on tuning carb on enticer 250 keihin butterfly carb?

#1 - Hard to start
#2 - when started it goes to high rpm with no throttle
#3 - How to adjust float level
#4 - Air feul mix adj. ?

The high idel sounds like an air leak , the fuel level is adjusted by the bolt on the bottom of the carb , The carb should have a little sight tub on it ... http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/baaa.gif I'll just scan it and send it to you ...hahaha !
