Just wondering what the spec is for torque on the primary clutch bolt. Do I just crank it on as tight as I can?

Thanks!

Sorry, not sure of an exact spec to torque it to. http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif
I just go till it's "snug". *Not as hard as I can tighten it, but tight enough to know it won't come out, if that makes any sense.....haha

Torque for most A.C. clutch bolts is 50-55 ft. lbs. I first torque it to 50 ft. lbs then run the sled up and down the road a few miles then re-torque to 55 ft. lbs.
If you have tightened the bolt as tight as you can I would buy a new bolt and try it again. Chances are you have stretched the threads on the bolt. *http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wow.gif *http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/nervous.gif *http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sarcasm.gif *http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/exclamation.gif
