This past w/e I experienced my first ride on a Ski-Doo Rev. Gotta say that the ride was outstanding over some rough trails at speeds of over 80 mph.
I lined up my 800 Storm and although I could keep up with the Rev on the smooth stuff when the going got rough the Rev kicked ###.
The Storm has an awesome motor and I want to keep it. I was wondering if anyone had ever tried to upgrade the Storm suspension to a newer skidframe from one of the Edge chassis. I would put a limit of $5-700 on any mods to this sled. Any ideas?

I did a GenII '00 XCR8. Installed Edge w/136" conversion (TracksUsa kit) 1.25 Camoplast 9858 (aggressive finger/paddle), clicker rear shock. Stays with my buddy's '04 Rev 800 HO out in the deep stuff easily. Still sorting out the trail manners.

M-10's start in the $800.00 range. It will mount on any sled out there, so don't get rid of your stock susp. so you can put it back in when you sell it and then put the M-10 under your new sled or sell it and re-coupe some of your money. shane
