Hey guys, I have a 95 Mach1 with TRA primary and it stuck in the engaged position. Any ideas why it stuck and how to get it unstuck? I tried tapping it out and prying to no avail. HELP!

Could be a whole lotta things. I would start by taking the clutch off & taking it apart. Especially if it's never been apart before. It may just need to be cleaned up, or it may need a bunch of parts.

Look in the high performance discussions / clutch tuning section of this board (snowmobileworld) to see step by step instructions on how to do this, or else take it in somewhere if you don't feel comfortable doing it yourself. It's pretty easy to take it apart, and only will take about $20 or so for the tools to take it apart.

Ok, here's the situation though. The sled is on the middle of the river right now and I don't have the tools to take it apart right now. I need to get it unstuck first and drive it home hopefully. I will continue the pull-hammer method until it pops I guess.
