: Did you put more miles on your
snow4brains 03-30-2002, 12:16 PM With a lack of snow in lower Michigan, I'm guessing the trailer got 2-3 times the milage of the sleds *http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif
How did your season go ?
PowderBoy 03-30-2002, 12:23 PM 4000 miles on the trailer 1000 on the sled.... I think ive done worse.
RNM2399 03-30-2002, 02:04 PM Trailered my sled about 200 miles this year and rode about 1000. Not as good as last year though. 2000 miles on the sled and it never went on a trailer except in the summer when we were working on it.

flyntriple 03-30-2002, 03:18 PM well I put 373 miles on my Pro-X. thats not to bad for just getting it at the begining of the month. I had to trailer it 3-3 1/2 hrs to get to the U.P. but it was worth it http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif
1800 miles on the trailer,1200 on the sled. http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif
PowderBoy 03-30-2002, 06:06 PM 3.5 hours.... I wish I could go that close. Usually the ride is 6 hours and if its snowing up the hill takes about 7. But we must not forget the universal law of snowmobiling
The further one drives to use their snowmobile the more they will appreciate the joys of riding
PowderBoy
And why does everyone keep stealing the prefix to my name. Lets not forget who the original "Powder" user is.... LOL
snow4brains 03-30-2002, 08:54 PM looks like alot of trailers got a work out.
hey PowderBoy,
we gotta use powder.....I mean our other choice would be snowflake, and I aint goin there. *http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif
z800rotax 03-30-2002, 09:36 PM About 1800km on sled and i figure 3500-4000km on truck/trailer http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif I guess i was spoiled by last winter cause a 20min drive from home and i was good to ride, but not this year.Oh well there is always next winter http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif
highlandergerman 03-30-2002, 11:37 PM With no snow in mn. * i took the eleds out to washington, *then to yellow stone. * so more miles on the trailer then on my snowmobiles
midnight screamer 03-31-2002, 01:58 AM about 700 miles on the sled, 0 miles on trailer! http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif Only time on the truck was when I went to the radar runs in McGregor! http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/thumbs-up.gif
louis 03-31-2002, 01:55 PM Good question:
trailer - 1000 miles
sled - 1700miles
Worth every pain in the ### minute of trailering!
The way I pull out all the stops to go sledding one would think there are nude women lining the trails.
Snow Monkey 03-31-2002, 02:25 PM http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/mad.gif Most definatly more on the truck than on the sled! http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif
Rocketman 03-31-2002, 02:29 PM hmm..about 540miles on trailer...1000 on sled

paul yarek 04-02-2004, 09:27 PM this season i only used my trailer once. :D i'm not totally happy with that because there is normally snow about a 45 minute trailer ride from here but it went the same time as the snow around here did.
puree 04-02-2004, 09:40 PM awful close this year,,, about 1000 on the trailer and 1100 on the sled,,,
CORY9 04-02-2004, 09:45 PM 350km on the trailer to put 500 km on the sled, and worth every minute!
phat_cat800 04-02-2004, 09:51 PM I would of put a max of 250km's on the Truck and trailer this year, if that and over 1500 miles on the sled. Only trailered twice and only once was to find snow.
katrider800 04-02-2004, 10:31 PM Lets see.....a good 900 miles on trailer, and 1500 flawless miles on big ZERT. No question that this year was terrible as far as local riding...I didn't ride once from the house. But, overall it was an awesome year..great trails, and great friends!
i would have to say that i may have trialered my sled only 6 or 7 times. I am guessing no more than 500 - 600 miles. 3700 on is what i have put on snowmobiling so it wasnt a bad year. but i have seen worse and have seen better.
jtkennedy9 04-02-2004, 11:36 PM About 600 on the trailer, 900 on the sled.
highlandergerman 04-03-2004, 02:02 AM well i trailerd my sleds out to island park then back to mn, then out to the big horns last week, do i ould say the trailer got more miles, It has been like that since 1997
NewfieBullet 04-03-2004, 07:50 AM If I don't count the very long trip to Newfoundland from Ontario and back, then I put a total of maybe 10-15 miles on the trailer, all from December when we first got snow.
Including the trip home it was much closer. 4000kms on the trailer, and 3100 miles on the sled.
flash 700 04-03-2004, 10:37 AM :D :D I guess I have it good. My wife and I did 3800 miles on are sleds all with in 2 months. We were out about twice a week averaging about 150-200 miles a day. Did a couple trips to Parry Sound which was probably a third of the miles. Plus we live beside the snowmobile trail. I don't even own a trailer.... well I do but its not used!!
AzCats 04-03-2004, 10:45 AM 1500 miles Trailer/200 Snowmobiles......Priceless

350km on the trailer to put 500 km on the sled, and worth every minute!
Meh, one time this year we put like 100kms on the trailer to put 7kms on the sled. :D It was the first ride of the season though so well worthwhile.
Ended up with almost 6000kms on the sled, and probably almost 600kms on the trailer. Not a bad ratio I guess.
TYPE 995 04-03-2004, 07:35 PM Trailer 5500 miles
Sled 2000 miles
