hope you can help me with this problem I'm turning my 600 xcsp into a long track here is what i've done
136" with a 2" paddle
20/41 2.05 gears
45/36 helix with red spring in 3 hole
black/green 310/340 secondary spring
10-54 weights
altitude 6000-9000 ft
300 jets

the problem i'm having is when i'm in the powder i pinch the throttle the rpm go to about 8100 then they fall to 7500
I hope somone out there knows were the problem is before this the sled ran great.

You need to get a secondary spring with more tension than a red one. Try a blue one.

So did you get it worked out??

Curious...did you do everything at once? or did you test between mods?

You can try putting the spring in a tighter hole as well. You never mentioned what position it's in now.
