Ok , as some of you know my sled threw a rod on sat , i found a guy that has a 650 efi motor that has a seized crank bearing , he will sell me the whole motor , so between his and mine i will have enough parts to build a motor , but will the efi motor fit into my sled and connect with few problems?

Cant exactly answer it for ya, but some of the 650 cases are different. There is an -01 case and a -02 case. Some people have converted a 650 efi to carb but have had trouble getting it tuned. Thats what Ive read. Make sure to check and see if the cases are the same. If you have a good dealer, talk to them. They should be able to tell you.

if a bearing is seized, id check that crank and block looking for heat damage. It will usually blue the rod and cause it to fial, something to watch out for because it happened to my uncles xcr 600 3 days ago
