it's not really bogging, just wont go over 50mph. new belt, clean jets, new plugs. could it be the wires and coil? any help would be greatly appreciated

my guess would be clutching,,,,what shape is the springs in,,,,, clean them up really good and see what kind of difference that makes

Max for the 540 SRV is 7000rpm

thanks i'll try the clutch, it's my bro's sled so i'll have to wait till he comes home to mess too much, not sure what the top rpms are i'll check that as well......have a good one
