Please indulge me, I just got a new camera and I'm amazed at the quality of the pics.
Here are some from todays ride up Fox Island River.

Too bad it wasn't a sunny day. The scenery is spectacular.

Of course you can't see down to the bottom of this valley. And the pics don't look so nice after resizing.
But if you ever get a chance to go riding in Newfoundland, take it!

we all have nice scenery, we never appreciate it like some people have the ability to do.

real nice pics Newf, just add some more snow and you have a TOP notch area to ride in. One of these winters I will make it out there.

Hey Perm, we've got lots of snow now (though I suppose too much is never enough) but up in the hills it blows away and packs hard. Lewis' Hills is a very speial area that you can only venture into when the conditions are right. It's very easy to get lost in a snow storm or in fog, and even on a cloudy day can be dangerous because of clifts, drop-offs, holes, and the like. And the shear "whiteness" of everything makes it hard to find your way around. But that's all part of the adventure I suppose.
