Greetings All!

I've brought my 5 year-old into the world Ski-Doo Snowmobiling with a
'99 Mini Z. *He's had big fun riding it and I've had even bigger fun watching him!

I am having problem though with the Chain Tensioner on the Mini Z. *The darn thing just keeps wearing out. *I've been through 2 already this season. *I've heard some aftermarket *tension pulley is available but I've seen nothing on this.

Can anyone point me in a direction to how to solve this problem? *It seems like a pretty poor design to begin with so I'm wondering if others have encountered this and might have some advice.

I don't have the answer for you, but THESE GUYS (http://www.recmotor.com/) might. *Plus they have tons of mods for the 120's

they are a bad design and I have a roller on my sons mini-z. I seen them in dennis kirk .I bought mine from goodwin performance.
