The wife and I will be in Marquette next week and I was looking over the map. I was going to head toward Big Bay one day, and was thinking of taking trail 8 south to 33 and trail 33 south to 32 then 32 over to trail 5 and taking trail 5 north to trail 8 again then east back to Marquette. I know this will be a long ride and the map doesn't show very many gas stops. I was wondering if there are stops that are not listed on the map. I have a new sled and I don't know how often I have to fill up yet? I just want to make sure there are other stops or I will not take this route.

Thanx in advance for any info. :D

we rode to big bay last week.fuel isn't a problem.it's a 65 mile hike from marquette to the bay.lots of fuel at the bay.BE VERY CAREFUL COMING BACK INTO CHOCOLAY TWP!!.there's a sharp right hand curve coming back south.we had a member of our group go off the cliff there----yes the cliff.it's about a 100 foot drop off and it's very poorly marked.so-enjoy-but be careful.p.s.-the pizza is the ticket at the lumberjack bar!!!
