Blew a belt on my Mach 1 again today and noticed the clutches were very worm. Upon inspecting alignment I noticed it was off so I corrected it. With the new belt it was grabby on the way home so I adjusted the screw to bring down even with the sheaves. I hope this puts some more miles on my belt life but have never been able to seperate and service the secondary. Tried once but it seemed bound together. Would an Arctic Cat roller fit on this with out much trouble? I have a 2000 ZRT to swap with my 93 Mach1 in order to try it. I think the jackshafts are both 1". I really like the AC clutches and have already dumped my TRA for a Comet 108EXP. A thunder shift kit and dually dial a jets are also on this sled. Any comments would be appreciated.
