I'm downsizing the 9-tooth sprockets for my new track, but I almost think they sent me the wrong size for the shaft. The outside diameter seems right, but the inner seems too small to get on the shaft.

Does this sound right and are you supposed to pound the heck out of them to get on/off?? ...I don't have a vise huge enough to press the current ones off either.
