Does anyone have any experience tuning a stock 03 xc700? Its slower than both my 01 and 00 (both without valves). Just bought new as a leftover and am not sure yet if the CDI was reprogrammed like it should have been. Looks to be running really rich w/ the 440/145 jets. Any advice for a baseline at MI elevation?
