: What Do You Have On Your Sled?
92Indy440 02-14-2004, 08:51 PM I only have the 10 1/2" black w/ checkered flag Cobra windshield, and screen a kit. I am thinking of taking the center bracket and the ski handle off, sand blasting 'em, and then painting them red.
What do you have on your sled?

RacerX408 02-14-2004, 10:13 PM i just like it black. wish i could get the yellow off the seat. :slick:
92Indy440 02-14-2004, 10:13 PM Puree, took a look at your sled in the garage... NICE WORK!!! I can see now why it's called the "GREEN GOBLIN". I think if you were to paint the front suspension green, that would make the look of the sled a lot better. :hallo1: It's one mean lookin' machine! :hallo1:
I have the Kimpex plastic skis on my sled, and I am thinking of sand blasting the ski handles and center brackets, and then painting them red. I think it would look real good.
Little green sixer 02-15-2004, 09:10 AM I have lots of green accents like handle bar cover, handle grips, sliders, tunnel grips, snow flap, green skid plate, green stud backers, low profile black green checkered windshield, orange screen kit, tinted headlight cover, some stickers and engine mods. I think thats it :p

puree 02-15-2004, 12:01 PM I wanna pull my zrt in this summer and pull it apart and paint it up to look like the nightfire,,,, I have lots of ideas and pictures of the nightfire rolling around in the garage, it will be an interesting project,,,

Bauer 02-15-2004, 01:08 PM Well, on my 93 I had chrome screens, Trailing Arms, Radius Rods, Ski Loops, a couple of holes in the hood, and thats about it. On my new 96 XLT I don't have anything. I will think of something.

Unfortunatly, I only get in between 400-700 miles a year. I would love to ride more but time and funds keep me from going north but only 3- 4 times a year. If we had more snow here in west-central Indy, I would forsure get more miles in.

I got the same problem,,,I live in northwest ohio and dont get many miles in here at all,,,,,,I try to get up north 3 times a year myself,,,, only been up once this year, but wanna try to get in one more trip and then maybe a trip over to niles also,,,,,,,my goal is 1000 mile (I am sure lots of guys are laughing at that one), but with our low to no snow conditions here, 1000 mile isnt too bad,,,,, im just over 800 right now
