Paul, if it was at the Flea Market in Dundee, I think it's still on, though I haven't been to one of those in years.
And yes, not many miles down here, about 2 weekend trips up to Lewiston, but nothing too big.

Revrnd, I think I took the legal stickers off that sled, or I may have forgot to put them on (oops) http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/nervous.gif

I look forward to NEXT season, mainly because I am thinking about studs for the phazer, (I have a cottage on Saginaw Bay, but but the ice wasn't good this year)

This is off topic, but ever since the mention of Monroe, I was going to post a message about driving thru there on the way to MIS. I've been to Cabelas a few times since it opened *http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif * http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif Paul, if you're still into the hunting, check it out. You'll be like a little kid at Santa's workshop.

Now back to our regularly scheduled programming.

Awesome sled toydoc! *The stock suspension was about that low, wasn't it? *I had a 81 enticer 300 that had that frame, not a bad sled, but if you were to hit any bumps, you'd feel it! When did you aquire that sled? *And for how much?

snow monkey, the 76 Z is about 50% done. Hood has to go to the body shop yet, engine, rear skid, pipes, are all done. It will be the yard sled for the kids, I will have about the same $ in it as a new 120cc sled would cost me and I can ride it.
Steve, the sled was built by Jim Zweng, as for cost it was only one bag of money *http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif
It did come with a hood mold so I can make my own, also a jig so you can stamp your own track cleats, a jig for building crank shafts, he did't like factory cranks so he built his own from factory parts, he has $3000 just in the crank on this sled and he did most all the work. The rear skid is at about stock, but the front is about a inch off the ice.

liquid 600 thats a nice machine, my buddy had one like it that he bought new in 94 and sold it in spring of 95 for $2000, yes he is really hard on machines, it was a super fast sled when he first got it but it didint last long, but the rear suspension was a bit poor on rough trails http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif

What's this world coming to? Playoff hockey in North Carolina & sledders from Nashville *http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sly.gif *http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

Do you have to register your sled down there? I can't imagine there being much in the way of trails.

Yea rev things are really changing, they must have to go out behind the arena and set up a snocross track with the snow that the zamboni dumps out after a game. http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif

Don't you guys have anything better to do? *I can barely find the time to get on the computer to browse these fine forums, and it seems like you guys can't live without them.....either way, Liquid, that is a nice looking sled, I had a 94 V Max 500 that went kapooie over the winter, excellent sleds, but not too good on the rear suspension.

Ohh, I forgot one thing.......
I noticed that your gas tank cap thing seems to have changed color, to get it shiny black again, just spray some Armor All on it, don't wipe it off, just let it soak, then it will be a nice, shiny black!

well guys..........

I acually sled in Wisconsin and Michigan with friends and family. I had a chance to put *a 1000 miles on my sled this year. I keep my sleds down here to summerize and tweak them up a bit and then do some day dreaming too.

I will polish that gas tank too.
