I had heavier springs installed on my t660. The long end of the spring is sticking out about 1 1/4'' from the retainer. Is this right? I know the spring needs to be cut and I don't remember the stock spring protruding that far. Thanks

To be honest that sounds about right, I took a close look at mine earlier and that is what the stock ones extended approximately. I thought to myself that, that was a touch long, in my opinion, but it came stock like that.

Where did you get the stiffer springs? How much were they?
Did they seem to help you any?

I need a set for my t660 as I am a big guy and want to get more use of my suspension. Any info (part nos. or costs) you have is appreciated.

Their .462 they are the heaviest spring available. I don't know the part#. The dealer swapped even so I don't know the cost either. They made a huge difference in the ride. I'm about 260, plus gear probably 280. In 3000mi I've had the shock rebuilt twice, both times there was water in the oil. This also was very noticable as to ride quality. New seals and different oil were added this time so we'll see how this holds up.
