ok all you powder pro guys and gals.....i may be doing some off trial powder riding in a couple weeks. for riding powder am i better off to let my limiter straps out? any tips on rear suspension setup to give me maximum traction in powder?

Depending on the amount of powder, I'd say definately. It is a big help to get as much track out of the tunnel as possible.
Other than that, the great thing about powder is that you hardly need suspension. THe snow provides plenty of cushioning, so you can set it up pretty soft, and allow for lots of transfer. Transfer is good as it will allow for ski lift and help you get the front of the machine on top of the snow under acceleration.
