Affirmative!!! I wonder why the pics and ads are out before the world premier anouncement of the new line up?? I guess it comes down to ski doo what they got in store other than the possible return of the mach z.

Does that say 166" track? That should give that 900 some bite.

166 x 2.4 That's alot of track.
I guess in western Canada that much track will be useful, but for everywhere else it's way overkill. I've got a 144 and that's plenty. I might like a bigger lug, but I wouldn't want it any longer than it is.

166 in track. Great in the powder and it's gonna need a 900. How the heck are you gonna turn it on the trails to the powder.

Yep. Looks like Polaris wants to keep the "King of the Mountain" title. Myself however is more interested in the Fusion.

Thankfully it says you have the option of a 166" track. Shorter versions will also be available.

SWWWWWEEEEET!!! Look the two sleds have different headlights, The fusion has the big ywo headlight thing goin while the RMK hasa single headlight with a bowtie shape. Can I get a RMK with a 121 inch track? LOL 900cc is a bit much though, but eh whatever. Not like Ican afford a new sled anyhow.

That can't be a Polaris Ad.... they're not bashing everybody!! :sly:

Hopefully with their new '05 lineup comes a new marketing campaign, they won't sway any new customers pointing out alleged shortcomings with their competition. Pretty cool looking machines though - looking forward to some real-world reviews...

Know what you mean, I thought those ads were a poor marketing attempt.
Sleds look good, lets hope there's more to the 05 lineup, we've been waiting a long time.

The dealer today showed me the 05 sales book. The Fusion looks good. The steering has 3 positions for stand-up, agressive and cruising, with easy switch between them. The gauge pack looks like a RX-1 type except it had a red backlight. Direct fuel injection ? Exhaust and intake on same side.

Direct fuel injection, yipes, I remember what the first year was like when the Ficht system first came out. Hope Polaris has done their research.

I heard that the only engine available in the new chassis will be a 900. I hope this doesn't hurt them by not bringing out some smaller engines.
