have a 93 580 power cat that i want to buy, the guy said he wants 2700 for the sled, it has 7000 miles on it and he saod that the motor or clutch was not done yet.My question is, is this sled worth it and r they any good,also the sled has a new track

Way too much money, even if it had a refreshed engine and clutch, it's still 12 years old with an antiquated suspension.

Is that $2700 CA or $2700 US. Common the world wide web is world wide so be sure to describe what funds you are quoting. I'm assuming that it's Canadian, and thats too much for that sled.

From manitoba, i'll assume its cdn dollars...7000 miles is a lot, and 2700 bucks is way way way too much for that sled....maybe if it was a 98 with 7000 miles you might find one for that much money...but its 11 years old.....pass it

well was just talking to him about the sled, he wants my 91 400 indy plus 500, he know saids that the motor was done. Sorry i didnt tell u that it was canadian,so it is to much money and he is saying cant go any lower.By the way my indy has less miles

Dont bother wasting your money. Its priced way to high and has to high of mileage, and sounds like he doesn't know if the engine and clutches has been rebuilt or not. Pass it up and you can find a MUCH better deal out there.

Way, way to much money, I bought a 94 EXT580 about 5 years ago, and I only pais $2400 Can at the time. It only had 4500m on it and a new primary clutch.

I agree with everyone else... that price seems a little steep. I am currently selling my 96 EXT 580, figured you might be interested... check your PM's for further details.

The sled will probably nickel and dime you to death also.
