I just picked up a '02 MXZ 700 sport and am considering putting a M 10 ohlins or a used M 10 Fox under it. *I trail ride and am probably answering my own question when I say I am looking to have a good ride at medium to high trail speeds.

M10 Ohlins has better shock Quality. I have no complaints after 2 years on this skid.

will the M10 ohlins bottom out if i hit BIG jumps with it?? *i know it has clickers and resovoirs and stuff.

The SC 10 III is a great skid.I have the same sled.I wiegh 245 lbs.and very seldom bottom out.The HPGs do a good job.Doo has a new HPG VR shock out,I curious as to how the new shock will be.I would try out the sled first before you change anything.It may just be the way you want it right now.
