Can anyone tell me what conditions were like in ME or VT this weekend. A friend and i want to go this week and don't know where to go for snow. I know where i live the temp is up and practically no snow.

I was riding around Northeast VT this weekend. It really isn't bad but there is limited snow in some places and it gets rough pretty quick. I just got back from Jackman Maine last week and it was the same story there, just awsome up in the mountains and gets rougher towards town. Honestly if you can make it you would want to try and get into Pitsburg NH , very northern tip. Tons of snow great riding. Hope it helps.

There is some decent riding in the northwester part of Maine.
Last weekend my uncles and myself left from Jay Maine and found some great
riding, we only had a half a day to ride but we put on roughly 80 miles from 9:00
to 1:00.

We dropped of behind the McDonalds on rt.4 at the shopping center in Jay.
The railroad bed runs right behind it and was beautyful for 10 miles until we turned off to head torwards Mt. Blue.
All in all anything north of Jay should be fine. A good day ride might be to rise
north to Rangely.
