Just basically looking for some backyard racing to have fun at... maybe just trophies are bragging rights not cash. Anyone know of any. I know there is one March 6th in northern Michigan.

I will prolly go there, If I get my clutching done and tuned in I might race but maybe not even then. I got a friend who is supposed to be scary fast on a 2000 ZR 600, I would love to race him with the Ultra now that I have my pipes and stuff, but without clutching I doubt I stand a chance. Also by the looks of the weather I doubt I will ride my sled to the lake, I ussually just rode itdown the side roads till I got to the lake. Either way, we'll see. If you wanna meet up or something that'd be cool. By the way what is yer name, see if I recognize you.

yeah weather does not look good. L. PORTER,iraced at ross lake back on feb 7 got 2nd 600 open 4th 700 . they said i redlighted in 700 but i didnt think so.

Yeah I remember hearing yer name, I was at the Ross Lake Races. Everyone complained about that tree. I'm not gonna give my oppinion on the way those races are held, LOL. By the way I thought 2 Polaris' won the 600, an XLT and an XCR, seems like it was Burgess, and Tipton (girl)... Thats who they said was racing for first place at least.

nope burdick beat me in the 600 open finals. he should have been in 600 heavy mod but all they had was stock and open,but hey i still had a good time.

Was Burdic the one with the old Merc? I must have been watching 600 stock i guess.
