rocketman,
*without the mods it would be retail $12-14000.00 without seeing it. now to me as a dealer i say that it is worth less with the mods.

rocketman,
*i am not going to get into it, the supercharger is a mod and people in the business like i am in don't like them. you like the mod and i don't, i can agree that we can disagree.

No...I mean...how is it a hindrance? I'm not much of a car guy. I know more about sleds than I do about cars...and I don't know much about sleds....I thought a supercharger would give you more power, and more power=more fun behind the wheel.

We just put a Kenne Bell supercharger on a 92 Mustang at my shop. The cost of the charger was $2500,it is easy to install. That thing just hauls.
The price of that 'stang should be more that book to the right person. Here in the states I would say $12,000 on the low end and $15,000 on the high end.

rocketman,
*it changes the car from being a car that can be used daily as an everyday car. it is now not as dependable as it were a stock unit. the car is a made up boss not a factory boss. it looks great but once you start to tinker and fiddle then you have greatly decreased the amount of people that want the car on the market. that car is worth close to what a stock one is worth , then subtract from it what the cost would be to get it back to stock.
*that car is in the black book for $12000.00 extra clean, $11000.00 clean, $9500.00 average and $8000.00 rough.

How can you tell a factory BOSS? I have seen many pics of cars that look exactly like this one. Same paint job, same year.

Also...how does the supercharger affect dependability?

there are no factory bosses in 95 and for the supercharger you young bucks like them, that's great it reminds me of when i was 21. as for dependabilty issues from the use of the supercharger it puts more stress on the engine when you are using the supercharger.

Someone has just added there own "boss package" striping to the car rocketman as it's a package ford had on mustangs in the past. With the car having a supercharger already, the past
owner or owners have most likely driven the piss outa the car
already. It may haul but it's most likely gonna be a head ache for ya in the future as modded vehicles tend to break far more than stockers. With you not being a car guy,try and find a shop that will fix it without gouging ya in the repair prices.
I think you'de be better off looking for a 93 5.0 with low miles. For what you will save on the price you can put your own performance goodies on.The 302 is a better motor than that 4.6 or whatever the heck it is anyways and much easier to work on.Just my opinion but hope it helps ya http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif

z800rtz,
*you are right someone added the boss to the car, but it might be one of those kits that you buy not a backyard spraybomber. who knows except for the guy that did it, but it looks okay. *http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif *i do disagree with you on the 4.6, from my experiences the triton is fantastic.

I must be getting blind in my old age as rocketman said it had a 5.0 http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wow.gif I thought that in 95 they went to the 4.6 but what do i know i'm a dodge guy http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sarcasm.gif Your a ford dealer so i guess you *have a valued opinion on the triton paul http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif The few
i've worked on havn't overly impressed me but i didn't see that many.
