I pay $272 a year for Public Liability, Fire and Theft for my ZRT 800. Thats with a clean drivers absract and only being 18. Now hopefully it doesn't go up since I just got a bill tonight saying my car insurance doubled :cussing: . Oh yeah this is with State Farm.

To compare apples to apples, I also live in Ontario, where... well you know about the insurance rates here...

I am 31 years old, clean record - $500/year. I would have to think a 800 twin would be comparable to my SRX, as far as insurance 'risk'...

I'll throw in the apples to oranges and tick you off alittle. Full coverage on my SRX with Liberty Mutual is $100.

House, cars, trailer, sleds, etc.... It all helps to bring the price down to something more reasonable.

ecopter what is your age???? I am 32 have a house 2 cars all insured through american family and when I got my new 600 it was $400 a year full coverage. I believe it is at 150/300 for coverage. I maybe changing companies!!! We used to be with liberty mutual because the wife got a discount through work, she no longer works there an american family gave us a good rate until we bought the sled. :cussing: :cussing: :cussing:

Sabercat6,

Wow, what a personal question. Naw,.....I'm a young thirty-six. That includes one claim last year although Liberty said it would not count towards any possible increase. I had a sled totalled that I bought back. I still have it insured through LM, but they would only cover it on liability. I only pay $18 a year for that coverage on the '02 Vmax 700. By the way, my sled's an '02 SRX.
