Got to say fellas, no way the cup is going to land anywhere but Detroit. Wings are seriously tough this year! Scotty has the vets layed off right now, giving them a nice long break before the play-offs. Big names on that team this year. Stevy Y., Hull, Shanny, Federov, Hasheck, McCarty, etc... best team together at one time during the season. Only team better I think this year was Canadian Olympic team.

i wish i saw the islander/leaf game because it was some game from the highlights after the game. i'm not a hitter type hockey lover though i quit watching hockey for years until Gretzky and the oilers brought hockey back to the game.

I just saw the leaf/ottawa game and i have to give ottawa credit. *

However the leafs wernt the leafs out there. *They were getting way to many penelties, No effort, No life. *They were dead.

Joseph is looking ok, not as sharp as lalime but that still good enough to win a series it the rest of the team was there.

My prediticion saturday. *

Toronto will be a totaly diffrent team. *They will give up the first goal but win by 2. *The series will be over in 6 with toronto moving on. *

I think sundin will return saturday or the next game after and Joseph will elevate his playing. *Ottawa may not admit it but when they realise that this isnt going to be easy they will die and you wont see them come alive till next season.

Any ottawa fans out there are just lucky this leaf team was so badly fatigued and unorganized thanks to the islanders. *I think if your team can get by the leafs you will have a good shot at the cup. *A much better shot then you would have had against the islanders who would have already injured half your star players and left lalime in a hospital bed. *Ottawa would have advanced but in the same poor shape as the leafs advanced to your team.

Its a good series period.

I don't know about you Machzzzz1 but I thought cujo's glove hand looked a little sore. I think he might have come back too soon from injuring that hand.

Just came back from that area, Had a 10 day geology field trip in the abitibi. We were 10 guys in a motel room cheering for sens with our white towels and beer, It was great.

Back in 99 I bought myself for a birthday present the original 6 white jersey. I had 14 (for Dave Keon) put on the back & no name. even though Scotty Bowman is the best coach ever the real big reason he was there is because the entire team from ownership on down are on the same page and that is why he fit in. i am sure they will replace him with someone Scotty picks himself.
