Ok , once my 650 warms up , it will not hold it's idle speed , it keeps goin slower then stalls , works fine when it is cold , take it for a lil drive and stop and it will quit , but it will start right back up again , whats causing this?

It's rich. The motor can burn the extra fual when it's cold, just like it enjoys the choke right after you start it. Try choking it when warm, and it's going to stall.

Sounds like the same thing is going on with yours, just not as drastic. You'll have to figure out why. Couple of things come to mind. Blown fuel pump diaphram letting fuel into the mag side cylinder, improperly adjusted pilot air screws, leaking needle and seats, plugged air intake, etc.

you need to clean the pilot jets they are plugged and need to be removed and cleaned, I use my welding tip cleaner and find the proper size one and I run it through the pilot jet and spray carb cleaner in it and blow air through it and look through it in the light to see if you can see through it, the pilot jet runs your idle curcuit if they are plugged it will not idle.

General rule of thumb - set you idle with engine at running temp. Also, set you idle a little lower in summer because you gain RPM as temps drop. You will gain about 200 rpm from 10 deg to -10 deg.

i had the sled at school today , to use the compression tester , they all tested right around 130 psi , not too bad , we took it for a drive on the soccer field when the teacher wasn't looking , i gave it a big shot comin up into the other end of the soccer field , the guys told me the ski's were at least 6' on the air , it all went by so fast i don't remember it , lol teacher wasn't real happy.
