My summer project is to put on a 1.25'' rip saw track on my Zl 500. What I would like to know is what kind of clutch kit I would need.The only things I've done to my sled is put on a set of Delta Force reeds and dropped the top gear one tooth. I just want a little more performance when 2 tracking.

I've dealt with d&d,wasn't happy with service.I don't like being on hold for 45min.
I was just curious if anybody has done this to the type of sled.
2 tracking is any thing off trail,deep snow,following a unmarked road,or through the woods.

I myself have been really lucky,,, I have been on hold one time and it wasnt for that long,,, I have heard horror stories though,,,,
I would think simply adding what you have listed will give you more kick in the powder,,,, go for it, have a ball,,,, good luck and let us know how it turns out

Hmm I didn't know that either "2 Tracking". Virgin territory as I have known it.....dosen't get any better.

I hear the term 2 tracking when I am riding up in Michigan,,, I think it refers to running 2 tracks, or pipelines,,,,
I usually call it finding powder,,,,,

My first choice would be Goodwin but I would call them direct to order the kit and explain exactly what your after. Great folks with amazing after sales service.

yep pretty common phrase in michigan,anywhere a 4wheel drive pickup go's,pipeline ,oil wells. :) SWRules
