First off does the Name glow dissapear after a certain time, I just noticed mine was gone?? And next I bought the Item Creator Keycard and am wondering if I can change the picture after a while or is the first one I pick perminent.

The name glow should be permanent unless you remove it.

I might have made a mistake during the last software update and forgot the code for it to work. It has happened before. I will have to check.

The image for the item creator is permanent unless you create a new one. BTW, MAKE SURE THAT THE IMAGE IS LESS THAN 120 X 120 pixels or I will be forced to edit it for you!

Well I didn't buy anything to remove it so it must be an error within the software. When I add my picture I'll make sure it is under 120x120.

I just noticed that mine is still on so it should be working. I will give you enough credits for a free glow and let you try it out and see.
