Looks like some major air. Any idea how high you got?

Wow, ...that wasn't pretty! I can hear someone saying "Oh No" in the video. Seems like you got some good air though and a cool video.

no wonder why some find it hard to trust that a used sled has been looked after and not mistreated.

I always wonder what abuse my used sleds were put through. However, I think that if a sled was beat around too much it will show, regardless of how well they are made

For the knee injury, i dont know i never went to the doctors... maybe if it still hurts at the end of the summer. I'm not one for doctors so unless i'm dying i dont go. And yeah haha crashing is fun but it ruined that day cuz i didnt get to hit it again! Also i have no idea how high i went but it was up there... the ramp was 8.5ft high and the landing was about 12 so you can guess.

atleast u got a tiny bit of the landing. i'm sure the ice would have been a lot worse!! u just gotta joke around about stuff like that. i did something a lot worse than that last year. i built a fairly big jump on our lake (bout the same size as your ramp) and then didnt fully check out where i was gunna land. looked like a decent downslope with a good 3 feet of powder. first run i figured id just feel out the jump and then after that id pick up some more speed and get more, and more air. well, it only took 1 jump. i hit it going faster than i should have and ended up a good 75 feet away from the jump and landed on a stump under the snow. it was like hitting a brick wall. i was more worried about my sled being totalled than my bruised ribs and cut up legs. good thing for a tek-vest or i would have had massive internal injuries. i ended up folding the steering post over onto the hood (it was reinforced with a steel tube to keep from bending) and ripping off the whole right side of my sled. horrible accident at the time, but now i just laugh about it. kinda dumb, but nothing to worry about!!
