I am currently with the co-operators. I have a 01 MachZ and pay $300 for 12 mths only liability. I am 27 with a perfect driving record.

it wasnt with TD, it was with my vehicle insurance. i paid WAY too much IMO for my 440 racer. it was just over $250 a year for liability only. :cussing: i dont like insurance companies so ill try to avoid going into detail!! :p

With TD primim(SP) I think I was just over 180 all inclusive for the year. Will see if that changes this year

TD was a good deal last year on my old sled, but when I asked about my new (coming this fall) rev, they told me they won't insure any sled valued at over $10K including taxes.

My old insurance company quoted me $941/yr for a 600 SDI, full coverage. I think I need to do some shoping around.

For the 6-8 trips I can manage a year, thats a little steep.

There were only two places that would insure me that I could find. One was my existing co. at just over $600 a year. Or that OFSC sponsored one at $2000!!! a year. The choice was obvious, but it still could be a lot lower. That's on a '04 500SS, full coverage, and I have a clean record.

my insurance co.wouldn't cover me with ing because the sled is an mxz.so i'm paying $314 for plpd.

i tried primmum, but when i filled out the application i put down that the engine had a new crank and they said they wouldn't carry me because of it.i told them all i wanted was fire and theft and they said it didn't matter!!

i just got a flyer from presidents choice,i'm gonna see if they will cover sleds.i'll keep you all posted.

the whole PC financial thing and PC insurance is more sensible. i switched my account over to them from TD cuz i was sick of their BS. not 100% sure on their insurance but if it's anything like their financial set-up it should be a lot better than the rest of the idiots!! the only reason i didnt go with TD insurance last year was because i didnt want to have to wait 8-10 weeks for a free quote. i needed insurance long before the middle of february. :p

Russ, what were u paying on your 670??

i just did an online quote on pc insurance .ca and 1mill plpd, collision, fire and theft is 161 DOLLARS for a year on a 97 mxz 670!!!

i added the other 2 vehicles in as well.you'll also save 15% for your home and 5% on a vehicle when you add all these in.seems to good to be true

about 250 just for the basics...i dunno why i always get owned by insurance companies, but it seems i always pay a little more than everyone else....

PC won't give me a quote... :(

I called TD/Primmium insurance, they were efficient and polite and I had a new policy in less than thirty minutes. Old policy almost $900 , new policy $230, same coverage liability only. Couldn't be happier. Oh, and that's for THREE sleds.

Primmum is definately the way to go. I have been with them now for 3 years. Right now for 2 of my sled, a 2001 MXZX 440 and 2003 MXZX Rev 440 with everything but collision I am paying $239.00 a year. And for the payments I put it on my American Express Airmiles card so I get the points!!

I have done the online quote for PC inshurance and was quoted $194.00 per year with everything...........Called the and the real price is $719.28
My auto was half what I am paying now though.

I will call TD today and post later.

 skidoo175, i pay more for 1 sled with only liability than u do with 2 with almost full coverage. man i hate being young!! :cussing: it's funny how they say that they go by the size of your machine (cc) but really they go by the name not engine size. if you have anything resembling a "racing" machine u better hang onto your ankles. :p

Dave, when are we heading down to palmerston for some testing & tuning??
