Well i more less have my complete rebuild done. i got clipped last season and did some damage to the tunnel and in the tear down found the bulkhead was more less junk, front shock in the rear suspension, suspension rails, track, front shock shafts pitted and alot of other crap. It could have been easily totaled but the insurance money gave me the chance to build my U.P. cross country 136 special. i stripped the sled down to the tunnel and bulhead and split it and installed a new bulkhead and built my own 5 inch tunnel extension. then with new rails installed tracks usa 136inch extensions with cat 8 inch wheels in the rear then wrapped a camoplast 9800 -136x1.5x15 third window closed its very aggressive and only weighs 3 lbs more than the stock 1.25. Fixed most of the little junk installed a SLP silencer and 6 bar riser. I bought all new Klim gear. all i have to have is Snow and maybe find a good deal on a some Simmons Flex - skis or SLP powder pros.

Looks great shuttlevalve  I would have to say the 02 Cross Country graphics are my favorite for the ZR's, both the black and green look great. You did an excellent job restoring it and building your own tunnels. Do you have any pictures from before with the damage done?
