Today in the National Post there was a little write up about which mode of transportation each of the federal political leaders would choose. A canoe, Pierre Trudeau's choice or a Sea-Doo, Stockwell Day's idea of watercraft.
Well here are the results:
Gilles Duceppe: canoe
Stephen Harper: canoe
Jack Layton: canoe
Paul Martin: canoe
Stephen Harper added, that if the question was extended to the winter, he would have chosen a Ski-doo.

Suprised Martin didn't say a broom, and he can fly away like a witch. Oops, guess I'm revealing my political stance.

Sorry to tell you Paul, They may still be built here in Canada but Ski-Doo is 50% American owned now.

Chubby,
i think if one were to look further at Bain Capital he would see alot of quebec money there. having 50% USA ownership of Bombardier is not a bad move because we know the USA likes there own best.

Why wouldn't he say ski-doo? You mean there are others brands to ride besides ski-doo? :D
