Just read that Permafrost is heading into surgery this week, June 4. Lets all show our support as he and the family deal with this little bump in the trail

Best of luck Perm

Make sure you do as they tell you, get into rehab as soon as they will let you, do what ever exercise they will allow you, to maintain your fitness, and smile, you'll be good as new sooner than you think

Thanks everyone, i am not 100% shure yet if i have to have the surgury but im about 90% shure. Ill tell you what the surgurys were and are for so it makes more sense, when i was born i had a weird heartbeat and after the doc checked me out i was put into surgury and it ended up i had a hole in my heart, and i was missing the left ventrical so now i have what is called a homograph and what that is is a real part given to me by someone who didnt make it, (car crash or other mishap) that is sewed into place but it doesent grow, well doc said that i was not suposed to be big like i am (6' 1" 190lbs) and i was supposed to be kinda inactive because of it all, well that never happned, so anyways i grow, it dosesnt, so they have to change it as i get older, and hopefully this is the last one..... i do not have to take any medication for it which is a big plus,so theres a little background on whats up with me. kinda prolly sounds weird for me to say its no big deal for me anymore but id rather have it done now and recover in summer and be ready to ride the kitty cat in winter! :)

Thanxs everybody, I really appreciate the support as I am pretty nervous going in to this operation. I am sure everything well go well, but just a little hesitant to go under the knife yet again. Unfortunately my health requires it as it is getting worse not better. I am so glad that the surgeon realized the seriousness of my situation and bumped my apointment from AUG 24th to May 25th. when he saw the cat scan he saw that it was a rupture not a herniation and required immediate surgery. At the time of the appointment they were booking surgeries for OCT/NOV. To get in within ten days in this country is almost unheard of. Someone must be looking out for me. DJ I wish you luck with your surgery also, it certainly sounds more serious than my situation. Once again thanxs everybody. 4 days and counting Later Perm

I'm sure you will both be back to 100% before the snow flies.
