Been a wild couple of weeks around here. We got a nice dump of snow here on the 10th I think it was. Got out for a ride on the 11th and wrote my truck off on the 12th. Some highs and lows. Here's some pic's from the 11th.

The best high came on the 14th. Guess I may have to get one of them three seater GTX's from Doo. Little guys name is Tanner and he tipped the scales at 10lbs6oz and measured in at 21 in. Both mom and baby are doing fine.

rob....nice addition to the family. sounds like you had a wild week. I bet that new little bundle of joy makes you not even think about your truck being a right off. :)

Congratulation on the boy.
How did you write your truck off? What kind of truck?

Thanks King. As for my truck I had a 1986 Toyota 4 X 4. Kinda funny 'cause I'm 6'6" and all but I liked it. Spent a few bucks on it. 'glass box, lifted, new engine, brand new ( days old ) complete front end etc. We had a freak snow fall the week of the 10th of May and I was sitting at a red light when some woman, applying way too much make up, couldn't :cussing: stop in time due to the snow and rear ended me. I built a tube bumper for the back of the truck and it did what it was designed to do. Unfortunately since the bumper didn't bend and she was clipping along at about 40 kph she bent the frame up pretty bad on my truck. Took it in the the adjuster and sure enough it was not worth fixing to them. So what is a 1986 Toyota worth ? They offered $2000. I countered with $4000 in bills and I finally got $3500 out of them. Fair price ? Not to me since I had done a lot of work to it. Oh well.
