Not sure what you're after for a response. Depending upon year and condition hopefully your new sled is better than the old one.

you are the one riding the sleds,,, you make that decision,,,
what year polaris, what year cat,,, need more info to make
an educated guess even,,,,

if you are still out there, the polaris 400 was a great sled. We had a few of these sleds ourselves. However the 440 AC is a very good sled too. Guess it would be a preference in what chassis you wanted and for us to make any other coments we would need to know what year these 2 sleds are.
