Yes i have tried one. They sound like piped twin!!! THey are so light. I called Jaws numerous times and ask them about power loss and gains. THey assured me there wasn't any gain of any kind or loss of anykind. Just weight savings and LOUADER like i want it. They even sent me dynosheets of thr 440 with stock can, and Jaws can...no loss...and no gain....if you lke sound and weight savings..its for you, if your looking for power+, its not for you...-chris

its sounds great and makes people think twice about running against your 440. Makes people think its a sleeper. (trust, it has happened to me)

No, but Jaws has a can for the 03 and 04 rev's. I'd like to get one for my 03 800 if it wasn't too much louder, I don't mind being loud at the higher rpms but as long as it's not abnoxiously loud.

Less than half the weight of the stock muffler, so the jaws can weighs in at 6 lbs, drops pounds and adds sound. Just to set the record straight I AM NOT A REP FOR JAWS PERFORMANCE. But if any of those guys want to hire me I can start after lunch. :D

Yes, the jaws -03 04 440 silencer will fit on the 800. Its not obnoxuosly load, but its load..dont wanna be ripping around the neightbors house past 10pm that for sure. It really scream about 7000+ . you'll be real happy.

I paid 215 total right to my door...if you dont get the ceramic coated ita like 200 or mabye alittle more......-chris
