OK race fans, only 36 days until the biggest payout in asphalt snowmobile racing history along with a huge swapmeet open to everyone for the price of admission!! *June 1st & 2nd at the ESTA Safety Park Dragstrip in Cicero,NY (just north of Syracuse off I-81 & I-90). Two days of racing, with saturday to be time trials and open qualifying for the Quick 8 shootout, and sunday to be the Quick 8 race and the Big Bracket Shootout! Entry fee for this race is $50. Pit passes are $12 a day or buy a two day pass on saturday for $20. This is a quarter mile event for both races. The Quick 8 is a "free" race for the 8 quickest sleds from saturdays session and the first time trial on sunday morning. This Quick 8 will be a heads up, no cc limit, no weight limit, pro tree race. Remember, everyone is eligible to race in the Big Bracket Shootout, regardless if they are in the Quick 8 or not. The Big Money Shootout is a dial-in, full .500 tree race. All NHRA safety rules are in effect. So far, as of this post, the guaranteed payout for the Big Bracket Shootout is $3,000 to win, $500 r/u. $50 round money will be paid starting with 2nd round winners, winner and r/u forfeit round money. The payout for the Quick 8 winner is $1,000 and $200 for the r/u. The #1 qualifier for the Quick 8 will also receive $250 cash courtesy of Dave Dunigan of Dunigan Racing! These payouts will only increase in the next 36 days, so get ready to run for some fun and some serious cash. Also on sunday there will be a big vendor display and swap meet open to anyone that wants to sell their stuff. For the price of your pit pass you can bring in all of your new or used sled stuff (dealers are welcome&#33http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif and display it for sale at the track.
