Just checking in to say hello and to see how everyones summer is going so far?
In the east coast of Canada we have had crappy weather..not many very warm days.
But the grass is growing...which means the hayfields are also growing....which means in a few weeks I will be tossing bales of hay till my arms burn with exhaustion.
My house renovations are DONE! I feel like a princess in my new home....I guess it was well worth it! Here is a picture of the new sun room with the bar! We have had one big party and hope to have a few more!

Hope you are all well and enjoying your summer!

Hey Reima, that's great that your house is finally done...it looks great....

so far, my summer has consisted of working, and getting out on my mountain bike as much as I can...

Wow-nice picture! The contractor just finished putting the new roof on our house last night-winter was tough on it, but it came out cheaper than the initial estimate-we went with the 40 year warrantied shingles-it will be my son's problem by then!

Been fairly wet, very cold for this time of year. Our pool is in the low 70 degree range. More mowing and fixing stuff up than anything else, though I have gotten some motorcycle riding in!

Heading to the Mountains for Independence Day-annual family gathering. Hope your summer goes well!

Looks great. Home Depot installed new windows at my place yesterday. I can actually see OUTSIDE through my windows now. :D

Unfortunately everything else is pretty much sucking right now. The Virago is STILL a damned shop queen with severe hesitation problems.

The Goldwing is down as well with an intermittent and severe misfire. Let's see, I sold off two cars to buy these bikes, because I didn't have the time to wrench on them. I sure don't feel like I've traded off on that one right now. :cussing:

My youngest brother is to be married in 10 days, so I have a trip to Colorado to take in 5 days. I REALLY wanted the 'wing to be ready for the trip, but it'll be out of the question now. So much for making a dreaded trip fun. :(

This summer so far is going along pretty much like normal, hot, humid, frustrating, and tiring. I'll be glad when it's over.

We've had mostly rain down here in SW Ontario. Trailblazer and I have some vacation time next week, so hopefully the weather picks up. We had one nice Sunday (my day off work) so I ended up with a nasty sunburn on my shoulders doing yard work! :cussing:

Throwing bales of hay? Now that brings back nightmares from my youth! At least straw is light. It always has to be done on the hottest day of the summer and of course you have to wear long pants and sleeves to try and save your skin. :dazed: Nah, I don't miss it! lol

Weather in northern ontairo has been very nice not too hot not too cool not too much rain, been working like mad up until recently, now vacation has been kicking in, so lots of golf and mountain biking.
Your house looks amazing, good job!

My summer is about to become GREAT! Last day for teachers is Tuesday, then every day feels like Saturday for about two months. :inlove:
