I want to upgrade from my 97 580 zr. I will be sad to see my sled go but I want a newer sled with more power and suspension. I was thinking about a f6 but not sure. I cant think of any thing that really caught my eye from any other manufactures. If anybody is looking I will be selling my 97 580 soon it is in really good condition with low miles woodys dual carbides up front and rebuilt shocks, it is studded too. I am kinda heavy at 230 so I want more travel and softer ride. Im am not sure if I can get a sled with more travel than the ett, but any advise or ideas would be helpful thanks

Maybe a Sabercat 600 if you are looking for a softer ride then your ZR. The travel is rated the same since both use the ETT rear suspension. The new 05 all black Sabercats look really nice :thumbsup: .

you would love the f6 or the sabrecat. if you like the ruff, maybe go with the f6. I love my f6. and coming off of that 580 you will think you are on a 800 twin. The sabrecat is just as fast, plus u get reverse and a few more goodies. if you just mainly trial ride, its a better sled on the trial than the firecat. the firecat is more stiff. the sabrecat is real plush but it will still take the ruff stuff real well. my dad on his sabrecat can stay right with me on my f6 on a ruff trial. so overall for a trial rider, the sabrecat would be a better choice. all depends on what you want.

pinch, I am heavy too and I ride an f7,,, love it,,, I did swap out the springs this summer to opt for the sno pro springs, and I think I will like that even better this winter,,,,
