Just picked up a new Garmin 60c. Which has better detail for back roads and trails, the road and rec or the traditional topo map. By the way this is for Michigan. Also, is the City Select worth the money?

Rob, on mine I've always used the R&R...I loaded the topo in the pc at home and it just didn't look as detailed. But I didn't play with it long enough maybe to realize it's potential. The R&R has been great...last year it even had some of the forest/fire trails around the Munising area on the map. Other than Garmin not updating quicker on thier website, I am really satisfied with thier maps.

Did you check ebay Rob....tons of stuff on there! GPScity.com usually has some outdated/discontinued items too. Hopefully you will find it.
