Gentleman,

I got my sled back saturday from the dealer. *He replaced my bad drive shaft bearing under Cat's extended warranty.

While removing/cleaning the exhaust valves, I noticed i've got some exhaust blow-by occuring where the pipe meets the cylinder on two of the pipes. *

What is a good brand/model of exhaust gasket sealer (I'm thinking the stuff in the tube like RTV silicone) to use when I put the pipes back on?

Thanks,
David

I use Permatex Hi-Temp. You can get it in black or orange. I also use it between the manifold and pipe and the pipe and can. The Graphoil gaskets don't always seal that good. Helps keep the engine compartment clean.

Thanks Wink!

I'll be stopping at NAPA on my way home...
