If you have a silencer (d&d exhaust canister)on your sled, and everything else is stock will it be considered a mod or stock sled. Also I have 144 studs. The sled is an 02 ZR 600 EFI. Thanks

In almost all Grass Drag Circuits, as soon as you put the Silencer on, you are considered Improved Stock. *The other things such as Studs, and Clutching are ok in Stock Classes.

Yes you will be bumped up to Improved Stock in any real racing event running an aftermarket can. *Once you get into Improved Stock it is a whole new game cuz almost anything goes in IM. *In "most" stock classes you can get away with any jetting changes, studs, clutching, and gearing. *Some will even let you get away with bigger carbs, air box mods, and reeds.
Your best bet is to check the rules and regs of the race you plan on attending, but 9 time out of 10 you won't be alowed to run stock with aftermarket silencer...
