Does anyone know the maximum lug size that would fit on a 97 V-max 500 xt?
short track.

You should be able to sneek in a ripsaw 1.25" track.Depending on what kind of ridding you do 1" should be good enough.

If you don't stud it you might be able to get away with the 1.25. Also if you have clearance issues there are simple options to make more room for the taller track.

For instance take out or cut down the stud protectors. You could also change from the 10 tooth to the 9 or 8 tooth drivers. If height is still an issue try to find an M10 to put under the vmax. You could also possibly make new braces and relocate the mounting points for the Proaction. This is a last resort since it changes the geometry a bit.

What kind of shape is your xt in?
