My mother-in-law lives in a mobile home park. The folks across the street couldn't afford thier trailer anymore (I know, but it happens :p ) and moved out, so the owner of the park bought it from the bank to use as a rental. It's been about a month now, and the guy has done a bunch of work to it. Well, today he takes someone over to show the trailer to them, and is he ever surprised! The lady at the bank didn't update the records to show the trailer had been sold, and thier collections office sent some repo men out to tow the trailer. When the new owner arrived, all the skirting had been ripped off, plumbing undone, porch and steps moved away, etc. The trailer was not moved yet, but can you imagine the a$$ ripping the manager of the bank is going to get, and you know it all flows down hill, so I couldn't even imagine the lady's fate that forgot to update the records. w00t Heeere's your sign!!! :dazed:

UPDATE>>> The trailer was only a couple years old. The repo guys pulled some of the siding off when they tore it apart. The siding could not be matched, so the owner is getting all new siding, skirting, porch/steps, etc, at the cost of the bank. Again, I would hate to be that bank employee that screwed this one up.
